THE CHALLENGE

To create a  Vision Roll-out process for Bayer Consumer Care Board in support of a Global Balanced Score Card implementation

 

DELIVERY

Pre - Conference orientation workshop with Global Leaders at Hacienda Benezuza Seville including workshops and briefings. Global Launch event at Meadowood Resort Napa Valley, with Senior Management Leadership Training at experiential camp in Sonoma, including Scorecard workshops and experiential outdoor activities.The launch was followed up by Cultural Development, Business Process Team Development and Local Country Vision alignment sessions in Poland, Italy, Singapore, San Francisco, Malta, France, Turkey Germany and the UK.

 

Related support work was carried out with Strategic Orientation and Scorecard workshops for Rhein Chemie and Harman and Reimer in France, Germany and Singapore.The Art of Management provided workshop support, program design and delivery as well as in country activities and agency liaison at most of these global locations.

 

The entire program lasted approximately 3 years and cascaded Bayer’ powerful ‘Go North’ message into realistic actionable aims at a local level with links to new business processes and the balanced scorecard. In Poland and Italy the program developed into a full scale corporate identity building and cultural development initiative
