In the post merger world of T Systems and debis it was crucial to create alignment and harmony at the executive level of the organisation
THE CHALLENGE
T Systems was seeking to achieve a critical mass of 45,000 employees in Europe as fast as possible. This would require dynamic leadership and change management skills on the part of the Top 50 managers and executives. They would need to 'Walk the Talk' if they were to be sucessful. Without a clear understanding and avisualization of a common future among executives from both sides, conflict would continue and progress would be slow.
DELIVERY
The Art of Management designed and deliverd a challenging but fun Vision workshop held at the Kempinsky near framkfurt. The event was experiential in nature, engaging and creative - all elements the team required at this time. A holistic combination of presentation, discusiion and Identity Movie Making was employed with great result. delegates left feeling satisfied that unity was beginning through a more common understanding of cultures and strategy.
