THE CHALLENGE
gedas was striving to generate sales in the external market, having spent many years as an established leader in the Automotive IT sector. In order to be more competative in terms of the Service Offering and support their newly branded Intelligent Transformation Approach change management would be a vital part of the strategy
DELIVERY
The US developed internal Change Management Approach was taken by the Art of Management and developed into a six Block Training Program, that was both experiential and theoretical. Designed to focus on quick wins both internally and externally the initial results were fantastic, with candidates generating revenue with skills learnt after only 48 hours.
The course has been subsequently approved by Cranfield University
, as a
model of its type and Stuart Hardy acknowledged as a 'Cranfield Approved' trainer by gedas Board
The roll-out continued into a second year with over 200 people trained around the globe embarking on Specialist Change Management modules to enhance their skills in Communication Planning, Advanced CM tools and Organisational design.
gedas is now more change skilled as an organisation, and able to compete in the marketplace by more confidently offering Human Change Management in support of its more technical solutions.
