TSystems CUBE EVENTS

TSystems was a rapidly expanding organisation facing many challenges in the wake of its aquisistion of debis.

 

THE CHALLENGE

Human Resources would play a key element in the integration process, and was vital in maximising the potential of the T Systems fast growing organisation. However many of the hundreds of European HR personel were also new themselves, so it was decided to hold a workshop to align Vision and Mission as well as network new colleagues to create identity.

 

 

 

 

 

DELIVERY

The Art of Managements Cube Event formed the perfect vehicle to engage such a large group in a powerful and cordinated vision for the future. Combined with action planning workshops the process led from energy and clarity of vision to concrete actioning planning at all levels of the the organisation and across all countries. New relationships were formed and perceptions challeneged through this high impact experience
